Refund Policy

Our goal is always our client's complete satisfaction, and this reflects with our 5/5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating on both Facebook and Google. At Design With Ember we offer money-back-guaranteed if a client is unhappy with the sketch designs.

Once a sketch design is approved we no longer offer a refund since our team has put time and effort delivering a logo which the client has accepted. 

At Design With Ember we believe in fairness and understand that a client can not always visualize what they want until the see it, that is why we offer unlimited revisions *, until we are sure our clients don't just like the design but love 🧡it.

* Unlimited revisions is accepted only if we are with each edit 1 step closer to the final design, if we realize that client is unsure of what they want and we are in a never ending loop, that will not be feasible for both sides. Unlimited revisions also does not mean roll-back, if something is approved and later the client changes their mind, that will be considered roll-back and we will unfortunately not be able to accomodate without charging extra.
